Henderson Wood Machinists Ltd are proud to offer a selection of our most popular designs. Our top selling top selling moulds are produced in Finger Jointed Pine at 5.4m lengths, however we can also produce moulds from any timber of your choice. All profiles are finished to a high quality, smooth standard ready to paint.

Apart from supplying standard profiles, we can cater to your specialised needs by offering an onsite custom profile matching service that enables us to replicate almost any shape requested, from older heritage mouldings to customised designs. No job is too big or too small, we are happy to take a look. (Note: such orders may incur a set up cost on top of the price of the product).

Timber Machining

Our factory is equipped with several machines that can machine a wide variety of timber.

  • Henderson Wood Machinists Ltd run two 5-head planers for: custom and standard timber profiles, weatherboard, profiles, sarking, flooring, architraves and skirting boards.
  • Henderson Wood Machinists offer Ban Re-Sawing (can cut up to 400mm deep) services.
  • Henderson Wood Machinists run Wood Turning Lathe machines and produce unique profiles for: balustrades, lamp stands, turned table legs, any other custom made turned product
Machining

CNC Router

Henderson Wood Machinists provides a CNC router cutting service. We can assist you with your unique signage, stencil, pattern or cut out jobs. Call to discuss your requirements today.

Our CAD drawing package, which runs AlphaCam software, allows us to import most common drawing formats for quick conversion and programming.

We have an ART CNC router which measures 4500mm x 1840mm bed and 145mm of Z axis to handle large sheets.
The most common materials we cut are wood-based products such as MDF, plywood and solid timber.
